About This Course:

Learn shoulder isolations for shimmies and connection with lateral movement in the fundamental motion of salsa & cha cha. This course is developed and taught by Ana Masacote. Build in 1-2 lessons/week for one month.

** We highly recommend taking this along with Ana Masacote's Figure 8 course.
