About The Course

One of the most common misunderstandings of Salsa on 2 (or NY Style) is the explanation of the timing. In this course, we break down the fundamental timing for Salsa on 2 while teaching you how to connect it with the music through a unique three-part series of exercises developed and taught by Ana Masacote. Syncopated Salsa On 2 Timing is used throughout Dance to Power courses. This course is comprised of 3 progressive drills (each one builds up on the next). We recommend one drill per week, and moving into the following drill as you get comfortable.
