About This Course:

Activate and strengthen legs while building dexterity and agility. Articulation of feet and legs is necessary for balance and control in any dance. This course is developed and taught by Ana Masacote. Build in 2-4 lessons/week for six weeks.

** We highly recommend taking this along with Ana Masacote's Progressive Basic course. (You will notice some of the exercises align with it.)
