About The Course

Learn tools to change how your body moves and feels, and add additional flexibility to your current capacity. Work in different sections that build flexibility for your splits and back bends and help you feel looser in your body. This course is developed and taught by Anara Frank, whose training & certifications include many styles of Afro-Latin Dance, Contemporary Dance & Acro/Gymnastics, as well as fusion work in these and other genres.

Anara Frank is a Boston native, but has spent almost as much time in Cuba—visiting since she was a child, and receiving much of her dance education there. Since the 1990’s, she has trained numerous dancers in the Casino style, as well as taught it’s history and explained the similarities and differences with other Latin Dance styles.
