About This Course:

Learn body waves, or undulations, for upper to mid-body movement range, from isolations to traveling motion. This course is developed and taught by Ana Masacote. Build in 1-2 lessons/week for one month. 

** We highly recommend taking this along with Ana Masacote's Salsa Footwork Practice course.
