About This Course:

Learn technique for spinning in place, most applicable to footwork in salsa. Axles are something you work on over time, and these exercises are provided as a circuit each week. This course is developed and taught by Ana Masacote. Build in 3-4 lessons/week for one month. We advise working on this particular course twice a week and progressing into new exercises once the previous ones feel comfortable.
